” You gain strength – courage and confidence by
every experience in which you really stop to look fear in the face – you must do the thing which you think you cannot
do” EleanorRoosevelt
1-
Don't do it alone. Find someone who you trust and have confidence in to help guide you.
2- Seek positive things in your life. Listen to uplifting music,
watch inspirational movies, read a good book, exercise - besides your physical shape it does wonders for your mood and energy,
take walks, writing-consider a journal, call and visit friends or relatives for conversation and companionship.
3- Believe that you are not going to feel that way forever. Maybe the
change won't occur overnight, But through work, faith and persistence it becomes easier to get up from every fall.
4- Consider speaking with a therapist or counsler. Someone with proffesional knowledge on your specific
symptoms.
If depression
is creeping up and must be faced, learn something about the nature of the beast: You may escape without a mauling.
